Room 11: from 175 EUR per night
Room 22: from 205 EUR per night
Room 33: from 235 EUR per night
Room 44: from 175 EUR per night

Room 66: from 235 EUR per night
Junior Suite 77: from EUR 275 per night
Prices are per room / suite, including a gourmet breakfast served on an etagere.
This does not include the local tax charged per person (from 15 years of age) per day.
Our prices are seasonal. During peak seasons, on public holidays and special feast days prices may vary from those listed above.
Single occupancy: EUR 40,00 deduction on above prices per night
Children: EUR 35,00 additional charge per night (sofa bed), available in the Junior Suite
Dogs: EUR 25,00 additional charge per night, available in Room 33 (mat, canine snacks and a bowl provided)
Cancellation Policy
- There is no charge for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- A charge of 30% will be levied for cancellations made from 4 to 13 days prior to the arrival date
- A charge of 90% will be levied for cancellations made from 1 to 3 days prior to the arrival date.
- In the case of No Show / cancellation on the arrival date, the full amount will be charged.
- The cancellation charges will be debited to your credit card.
We will offer you the opportunity to cancel free of charge before your arrival date on condition that:
- the Federal State of Austria issues a travel warning for Austria, for the State of Salzburg or for Mauterndorf affecting the period of your booking, OR
- you have tested positive for SARS-COV-2 (Covid virus) and are in regulatory quarantine (Please submit test result), OR
- the business is subject to regulatory closure.
Should any of the above occur, your booking will be cancelled free of charge. We will also be pleased to arrange an alternative booking. As a precaution, we would recommend taking out travel insurance cover.
Please note: these cancellation guidelines supersede the right to cancel in accordance with the European Union Consumer Protection Directive.
