Michelin-starred chef Josef Steffner and his wife Maria, sommelier and hostess, invite guests to a culinary celebration that brings together alpine nature, sustainable farming, and the finest cuisine. Together with Michael and Friedolin Kerschbaumer of Kaslab’n Nockberge, a menu will be created that tells stories – of alpine herbs, handcrafted cheese, and tender cuts of lamb and kid goat.

Friedolin, a recent graduate of the Culinary Masterclass, brings fresh energy to traditional philosophy – and will design the evening’s menu alongside his father and the host. During the integrated cheese workshop, guests will experience true craftsmanship up close.
