In his Restaurant Lukas Izakaya, the young exceptional chef has long made a name for himself – with sushi, sashimi and omakase menus that inspire. Now, for one evening, he reinterprets festive cuisine in an entirely new way: no eggs, no lamb – instead, Japanese delicacies that surprise and enchant.
