On 4 July 2027, we celebrate 20 years of Mesnerhaus – and we celebrate with one of the most remarkable chefs in the world.
Martin Klein, Executive Chef of the legendary Restaurant Ikarus at Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, joins us for this very special evening in Mauterndorf. The Alsace-born chef has spent more than two decades pushing the boundaries of culinary art – month after month bringing the world’s finest guest chefs to Salzburg and setting the highest standards on every plate. With the same passion, regionality and dedication as Josef Steffner, yet entirely his own.

Manuel Beer – former member of the Mesnerhaus team, a sommelier with heart, and today part of the renowned IGNIV by Andreas Caminada in Zurich, where he was recognised as a Marmite Youngster. Manuel knows the Mesnerhaus, he knows its guests – and he knows exactly which wine makes a special moment truly unforgettable.
