Accessibility Statement

Mesnerhaus GmbH strives to make its website www.mesnerhaus.at accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Accessible Access to Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act – WZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.mesnerhaus.at.

Status of Compliance with the Requirements

This website is partially compliant with the AA level of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) pursuant to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

Non-accessible Content

The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed below:

a. Incompatibility with Accessibility Requirements
Certain areas of the website do not meet the recommended contrast ratio according to WCAG 2.1 AA. This affects colors used for corporate design reasons. Completely dispensing with these colors is not possible for design reasons. However, tools are available on the website that allow users to increase the contrast ratio as needed to ensure accessibility.

b. Disproportionate Burden
Full adaptation of all corporate design-related colors to meet the contrast requirements would constitute a disproportionate intervention in the corporate design of Mesnerhaus.
